We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference Arctic and Science: Challenges and Solutions "Arctic-2021".

Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov (NArFU) is the only university of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Arctic zone.

The University is one of the largest, as well as the most progressive educational and scientific center that focuses on the development and betterment of the Arctic region as part of the scientific initiative.
Conference background history and key points
Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov (NArFU) is the only university of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Arctic zone. The University is one of the largest, as well as the most progressive educational and scientific center that focuses on the development and betterment of the Arctic region as part of the scientific initiative.
The International Conference "Scientific and Technical Findings of the Arctic Exploration 2020: Present and Future" continues a series of international conferences covering development of the Arctic region held on the basis of NArFU.

Publishing Conference Papers
The articles of the participants will be published in the conference collection E3S Web of Conferences, indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science databases.
Instructions for Authors
To participate in the conference, you must fill out the registration form on the website. Next, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions.

Origin, Motivation and Contribution
Please note that papers must be original research manuscripts, never published before, and not under consideration for publication in any other conference proceeding (journal etc.). All papers are supposed to present novel research results of international interest. All papers should be in the range of 4-8 pages. The references to related work must be appropriate. The list of references should include 15 sources at least minimum. Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference and conference's topic fields. We publish papers written in good English only.
Ethics
Please read the detailed Elsevier Publication Ethics (based on Elsevier recommendations and COPE's Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors). If a paper contains figures or tables taken from other sources, the author must get the respective permission for reproduction them from the corresponding publishers.
Authorship
Number of authors in a single paper is 6 persons maximum. One person can be the author of not more than 4 articles. The corresponding author is the person chosen within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the periodical. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors (and no one inappropriate co-authors) are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Registration
The number of participants is limited: once the number of registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

Please note that, in order to finalize the scientific program in due time, the registration by the presenting author, denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted paper. Your abstract and paper will be withdrawn if you do not complete the registration by this date.

Certificate of Attendance: Upon request, the participants of the event will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance by email once the event is concluded.
